Join us for a socially distanced, yoga class in our studio! This Vinyasa morning flow is a great way to set the tone for the week. We are limiting our class numbers, so this will be a semi-private class. Register early.
We encourage everyone to bring their own mats. If you cannot, please let us know on the notes section during your registration.

Class instructor: Alexa Bull
Alexa is a yoga instructor based in Brooklyn, NY. After spending six years designing in the fashion industry, Alexa began to pursue her true passion of sharing and helping others find their own happiness and peace through yoga and movement. She completed her 200 hr. training at Yogamaya in New York City and she is a board certified Holistic Health Counselor through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (A.A.D.P.). Alexa was trained by Dr. Naina Marballi, B.S.A.M., D.A.C. Ayurvedacharya in NYC, as well as studied at the New York Institute of Aromatic Studies. Her teaching style is reflective of her own self-practice: challenging, accessible, invigorating, but also rejuvenating and always inspired. Whether teaching group classes or working with private clients, Alexa is passionate about sharing the gifts of yoga and mindfulness while holding space for students to have their own unique experience.
