Ayurvedic Consultation with Alexa Bull


What to expect:
This one hour consultation will discuss your past and current health intake as well as address your current goals for physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health. We will discuss goals or current issues then I will develop a specific holistic plan for diet and lifestyle to introduce into your life over the course of a few weeks. At the end of consultation, I will offer preliminary guidance to help you reach your goals. A detailed and specific nutrition/wellness plan will be sent to you within 24 hours after session.

*Ayurveda is a 5,000 year old holistic medical science from India. Ayurveda teaches us to adopt the patterns and rhythm of nature into our daily lives. Ayurveda is about using every part of your knowledge, yourself and your sensory experiences to create and maintain vitality, longevity and well-being in all areas of your life: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Ayurveda defines one’s health as not just the absence of disease but rather the balance of body, mind and consciousness. The science of Ayurveda believes that mind and body are not separate entities, but forever connected. The focuses of Ayurveda are to prevent, to maintain and to heal. Ayurveda provides a holistic framework for total health through: diet, yoga and exercise, pranayama (breathwork), daily routines, meditation, sleep, herbs, detox, aromatherapy, and essential oils.


About the expert:
Alexa is an Ayurvedic practitioner, Holistic Health counselor, aromatherapist and Yoga teacher. She is a board certified Holistic Health Counselor through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (A.A.D.P.). Alexa was trained by Dr. Naina Marballi, B.S.A.M., D.A.C. Ayurvedacharya in NYC, as well as studied at the New York Institute of Aromatic Studies. Her journey to finding her path in the wellness space is a personal one; she spent over 6 years working in high-stress, unfulfilling jobs in several metropolitan cities while watching her mental and physical health deteriorate; because of this she left her career path to devote herself to holistic wellness through the mediums of yoga, Ayurvedic nutrition and aromatherapy.
