Thursday Evening Yoga - January 28th 7PM


 Join us then for a socially distanced, evening yoga class in our studio.  This Vinyasa class is geared for all levels and we are only allowing a limited number of people. Because we are not actively promoting this class, chances are you might be the only student in the class - and thats ok with us. Even though we can fit more, this is what we feel comfortable with for now. 

We encourage everyone to bring their own mats. If you cannot, please let us know on the notes section during your registration.

Masks are required. Due to limited space, wait lists, sanitizing protocols and class logistics, no refunds on cancellations can be issued.

Alexa is a yoga instructor based in Brooklyn, NY. After spending six years designing in the fashion industry, Alexa began to pursue her true passion of sharing and helping others find their own happiness and peace through yoga and movement. She completed her 200 hr. training at Yogamaya in New York City and she is a board certified Holistic Health Counselor through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (A.A.D.P.). Alexa was trained by Dr. Naina Marballi, B.S.A.M., D.A.C. Ayurvedacharya in NYC, as well as studied at the New York Institute of Aromatic Studies. Her teaching style is reflective of her own self-practice: challenging, accessible, invigorating, but also rejuvenating and always inspired. Whether teaching group classes or working with private clients, Alexa is passionate about sharing the gifts of yoga and mindfulness while holding space for students to have their own unique experience.
