Join us the first Saturday of every month for a half priced class! 

Through this Vinyasa class you will align your body and open many of the channels within so energy can flow freely. Your practice will help balance and unite opposites while ending in a deep restorative bliss. 

You must bring your own mat. If you do not have a mat, we offer mats for sale in our store. In order for this class to run, we must have a minimum of four people signed up.

This purchase is for SATURDAY June 3rd at 2PM.

Class instructor: Lauren Paasch

Lauren is the Yoga Director for The Holistic Home Company. She spent the last three years living in Germany, while receiving her 200 hr. training through the Wandering Ashram. Lauren uses Hatha yoga as a powerful tool for self-transformation.  She asks her students to bring their attention to their breath while aligning the body’s skin, muscles, and bones. You will develop a balance of strength and flexibility from her class.  Helping others discover their true potential through their practice inspires Lauren. She is very passionate about sharing yoga will all levels.
