About the expert:
Beatrice Walker is a holistic health coach, natural foods chef, and wellness educator. She is pursuing her health coaching certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and will be a fully certified health practitioner in August 2020. She uses a bio-individual approach to wellness meaning that she will work closely with you to find out what works for you. After being laid off twice from overly stressful and demanding jobs in less than five years, she decided to take a giant leap of faith and not return to the corporate world and instead chose to pursue her passion of helping people through food and holistic health. Her goal is to help you create a safe and loving connection with food, and believes that healthy food coupled with mindfulness techniques can be a powerful combination for healing.
