Living Life with Intention Workshop - MAR. 18TH 2PM

Do you struggle to let go of the past or feel worried and anxious about the future? You are not alone. This is a common mindset of the masses. But you can break this tendency that does not serve you. Studies show that living in the present can make you feel happier, help you cope with negative emotions, decrease anxiety and improve your quality of life.

This two hour workshop takes place both on and off the mat in our studio. You will receive tools and tips for living life with intention, experience a mindful yoga session and enjoy reflective time for journaling and creating your own vision board.

Come join us Saturday March 18th  2pm -4pm for an unforgettable experience on living your life to its fullest!
