Mind Body Spirit Space Weekend Retreat

Experience the transformative power of one-on-one, personalized sessions of yoga, Reiki, and Feng Shui in a peaceful and serene country setting. This is an extraordinary opportunity to connect with like minds in a nurturing environment while you receive individualized experiences geared towards your goals.

 Join Reiki Master and Crystal Healer, Lisa Rodriguez and Feng Shui Expert and author Laura Benko for a restorative upstate weekend retreat of private yoga sessions, guided meditations, nature walks, e-bike rides, healing, intuitive Reiki sessions and a one-on-one Feng Shui Consultation.

 This intimate, weekend retreat is only for a small group of women who value a safe and healing setting to experience empowering connections and inner shifts, while sharing laughs and eating delicious food.

This is a weekend retreat meant to heal, restore and make connections between mind, body, spirit and space as you address all aspects of your wellness in an intimate woodsy setting in the country.

PROGRAM

FRIDAY MAY 30th  - Arrive any time after 4pm. The Retreat House is a private home located in East Chatham, NY. After check in, there will be a Welcome Hour with hors d'oeuvres, beverages and a chance to meet the practitioners as well as the other participants while getting an overview of the weekend.

After a delicious meal prepared locally,  there will be a Cacao and Crystal Ceremony in the Meditation Tent led by Lisa Rodriguez. This ceremony will set the intention for the weekend and open your aperture to receive your deeper guidance and insights as the weekend unfolds.

SATURDAY MAY 31st and SUNDAY JUNE 1st

After a healthy breakfast, pressed juices, coffee, or reiki charged teas each day, you will rotate through your private sessions. After each session you will have time to reflect, journal or sit still in a rocking chair on the porch.

Your Yoga session will be customized to your skill level and needs. Your Reiki session will be a healing and intuitive experience unique to you, and your Feng Shui consultation will be based on your floor plan that you bring with you. Walks in the country or electric bike rides will ground the spirit and engage the body. After Saturday dinner, a special gathering will take place around the campfire.

Sunday will conclude with more private sessions that will leave you feeling alive, clear in thought and vibrating at a higher level as you depart the Retreat House.

FOOD

Enjoy delicious meals made with organic and locally grown ingredients prepared by a gourmet chef. Each morning will begin with fresh pressed juices, The Holistic Home Company Herbal Adaptogens in our Reiki Charged Teas or coffee. The wild flower honey comes right from the property. You will be asked to complete a food allergy/preference survey beforehand so we can customize the menu.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The private house is located in East Chatham, NY in a woodsy countryside, 2.5 hours north from NYC. 45 minutes south from Albany, NY Airport. You have a choice of either sharing a room (your own queen size bed) or your own private room. For private rooms, we currently have the brass bed, teal room available. Bathrooms are right outside your door.

RETREAT INTENTION

MIND: From guided ceremonies to center you ,to journaling for self discovery, to walks in nature to ground you, stress will lessen and your thinking will be clearer.

BODY : Your body will feel alive and rejuvenated from consecutive yoga classes where heart centered, breath work and restorative asanas challenge and restore you. Healthy food, vibrating with good chi and made with love will nourish your body and feed your soul. 

SPIRIT: An intuitive healing reiki session will balance your chakras, help release your "issues in the tissues"  and you will feel filled with positive emotions and thinking and patterns.  A Crystal Cacao ceremony will support an open heart and a renewed focus.

SPACE: You will never look at your own space and self in the same way again. Your one-on-one feng shui consultation will help you make the connections between your challenges in life and how they are physically manifesting in your space.

COST

Shared room $1,800 . You will have your own queen bed in a room with one other person. Ideal for friends!

Private room $2,100. All bathrooms are outside your door.

Cost Includes room, all meals and all private sessions with experts and group activities.
