Refund policy

We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy that we must adhere to. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so with a minimum of 24 hours notice or you will not be refunded. 

Any product refunds must be within 7 days, unopened/unused, accompanied with a receipt for store credit.
