Come join us, for not just a powerful weekend of transformation and healing, but where you leave as a Certified Reiki Practitioner! Reiki is not taught in the usual sense, but is transferred to the student during a Reiki class. This ability is passed on during a "placement" given by Reiki Master Christine Bailey and allows the student to tap into an unlimited supply of "life force energy" to improve one's health and enhance the quality of life.
It is a true honor to have renown Intuitive Reiki Master, Christine Bailey here for this special, in person Reiki Certification. Bailey has operated her own Reiki Wellness Center in Western Massachusettes for years, has been a part of The Holistic Home School of Feng Shui - for remote sessions as well as in person retreats upstate, and is making a rare teaching appearance here in NYC for this course.

What is Reiki
Reiki principles
Reiki anatomy - overview of energy system - seven major meridians/chakras & their connection to the body
Attunement to Reiki I – 21 day initiation
Self-Reiki hands-on clinic
Being a Reiki practitioner, client relations.
Attunement to Reiki 2
Reiki long distance
Reiki for addictions, emotional distress, illness and traumas.
The course is a combination of lecture, discussion and hands-on workshop. Practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment using all the hand positions, the self-treatment, using the level II symbols which is using the distant healing and the emotional/addition symbol.

Practice techniques, such as; Kenyoku (dry-bathing of negative energy); Gyoshi-ho (doing reiki with the eyes); and Chiryo (sending)

Receive a Reiki II Holy Fire Placement.
What to know.
- Course is in person at The Holistic Home Company, 1111 Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. Friday evening May 3rd to Sunday afternoon May 5th.
- Friday 6:30pm - 8:30pm. Saturday 9am - 4:30pm. Sunday 9am - 4pm
- There will be a one hour break for lunch on Saturday and Sunday. If you bring lunch, or get take out, you can eat your lunch outside on the terrace, weather permitting.
- You will receive a booklet to take with you and a crystal.
- Course fee is $875 now until April 20th, 2024. Afterwards, the course is $995.
- After you complete the course you will receive a certificate and be able to practice Reiki as a Reiki practitioner.
- Christine Bailey is a USUI and Karuna Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher and is an affiliated member of The International Center for Reiki Training.

What does Reiki mean?
Rei in Japanese means God/Universe/Higher Self. A higher consciousness that knows all things. Ki means energy (Ti Chi, White light, Qigong, Life Force, etc).
While reiki is not “religious” it is spiritual and comes from the heart and is thought of out of love. All reiki practitioners connect with a higher source – whether they say it is of “God” “Jesus” “Spirit” “The Universe”. Use what semantics you like, we are all calling upon the same “source”- God. Reiki practitioners may also call upon the angels of pure white light to assist in the client’s session, they may use crystals and their own keen intuition.
